The Five-Fold Ministry is a church model based on the original Apostolic Church, as we can see in the Book of Acts. This ministry is based on the five gifts given to the church by Christ after His ascension.

Ephesians 4:8-11

"8 Therefore it says,

When he ascended on high he led a host of captives, and he gave gifts to men.”[a]

9 (In saying, “He ascended,” what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower regions, the earth? 10 He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Verse 12 explains why Jesus gave the Church these gifts: To equip all the saints for the work of ministry and to build up the body of Christ. The modern-day church has abandoned this model and due to traditions of men, has severely limited the Church's effect on the world.

Verse 13 tells us how long will we have these gifts. "Until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." We believe there is no biblical evidence to suggest that these gifts have ceased. Instead, we embrace these gifts and grow our church to uphold what Jesus has given us to grow His Kingdom.
